Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date and returns are free.
All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused with tags attached with original packaging. All swimwear must have the hygiene strip attached in order to be accepted. All returns are free. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
To start a return email us at [email protected] and we will send you a return label.
We ask you not to contact the brand directly as Cadre manages all returns.
To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and reaches us promptly, items must be returned to the same brand from which they were delivered. This is because CADRE is a marketplace and all items ship directly from the brand. Please check all item and shipping labels to ensure that each item is being sent back to the correct brand. Orders sent back to a different brand will incur additional charges to be returned to the correct brand.
You may choose to send returns back using your own return label. If you chose to do so we are not responsible for the costs for the return or any liability for lost, stolen or damaged items. Returns will not be considered returned until they are received by the brand. You can return using any secure means, but we do not accept liability.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
At this time we do not offer exchanges. This is because our brands produce in small batches we cannot guarantee the availability of an item for an exchange. If you like an item and need another size we suggest you purchase the new size while your return is being processed.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once the brand has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
